Join us for our exclusive Prumihimo Braiding Workshop with our new tutor Moira at Riverside Beads in Market Deeping, near Peterborough. In this creative class, you’ll learn how to make your own stylish Prumihimo bracelet using the innovative braiding disk designed by Pru McRae — available here at Riverside Beads.

During this hands-on session, Moira will guide you step by step as you create your braid using soutache cord and S-Lon in your chosen colours. The Prumihimo technique is made using Pru McRae’s specialist disk and can be adapted for both cord-only and beaded designs.

If you’re new to braiding, you can start by mastering the cord technique before moving on to add beads. More confident braiders can progress to beaded patterns during the session. The workshop aims to complete two Prumihimo bracelets, giving you plenty of time to practise and perfect your new skills.

Moira is an experienced jewellery and braid maker, specialising in Prumihimo and Kumihimo techniques. Her clear guidance and passion for the craft make this workshop ideal for anyone who wants to learn braiding in a fun, relaxed, and supportive environment.
