All of our workshops are held in our classroom located in our store in Market Deeping, Lincolnshire. Occasionally we host some workshops online, but this will always be clear when booking.  Also our Riverside Retreat is based at Molecey Mill close to our shop.

We don’t have our own car park, but there is plenty of free, unlimited, on-street parking available a short walk away. You can find parking on the street outside the Bed Shop, outside the Boundary Chip Shop and down Douglas Road. You also will find a free car park outside the Poundstretchers which is close by to other shops and precincts, around a 5/10 minute walk away from us. All of our workshops provide all the materials and tools for use on the class. Some classes may give an option of bringing your own equipment, as some people prefer this, however this is completely optional. For more workshop-specific requirements please view the description when booking or you can always contact us. Don’t forget, we are a well-stocked bead and craft shop and sell everything you could possibly need!

We have a toilet available for customer use whilst on a class with us.  We offer hot and cold drinks during the workshop and we also have some biscuits of other goodies available for you during the class. We can also store your food in a fridge should your class run over lunch and you wish to bring a pack-up. We don’t cater any food (unless on our Crafternoon Tea Workshop) however there are a number of yummy cafes and restaurants nearby. 

Our specialist tutors are usually mentioned in the description when booking.  Please note this could be subject to change due to sickness.

We have such a broad range of workshops available we understand that you may change your mind and fancy something different! We can offer an exchange of workshop providing it is at least 10 days before the workshop is due to take place. This is to allow the tutor sufficient preparation time to ensure you get the most out of your workshop. Any difference in price can be added as a credit against products or a further workshop.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on workshops. As mentioned above we can offer an exchange for a different workshop should you change your mind or we can move you to a different date for the same workshop if it is available.  Please allow a minimum of 10 days to cancel the workshop as after this time we will have purchased materials and prepared for the workshop.
