Autumn Leaf Light Catcher Workshop – Stained Glass Tiffany Method

Join us at Riverside Beads & Crafts in Market Deeping, near Peterborough for our Autumn Leaf Light Catcher Workshop. In this immersive 3–4 hour stained glass class, you’ll learn how to create a striking seasonal decoration using the traditional copper foiling (Tiffany) method.

Guided by experienced glass tutors Bev & John, you’ll work step by step to create your own autumn leaf light catcher. You’ll begin by selecting from a rich autumn palette of stained glass colours, before learning how to cut and grind your glass pieces to shape.

You’ll then apply copper foil to the edges and carefully solder your design together, building your piece using traditional stained glass techniques. To complete your design, you’ll finish your leaf with a copper patina, giving it a warm, autumnal finish and a professional look.

This workshop is suitable for complete beginners, as well as anyone looking to try a new craft and enjoy a creative, hands-on experience in a friendly setting.
