The book is a step by step guide that will help get you started on your Kumihimo journey. There’s obviously lots for the beginner but also some more complicated pieces for those with an established skill.
In total there’s 12 wonderful Kumihimo projects, including a gorgeous button and loop fastening design. Plus I show you the materials needed for Kumihimo, how to start and finish your pieces and all the essential techniques.

Speaking of books another favourite of mine is about to hit the medium sized screen next week. I’ll be back on Create and Craft TV September the 5th and 9am with Pru McRae’s beautiful Prumihimo book bundle.
Next stop after that is our exciting Christmas Weekend on the 15th and 16th September. There will be loads going on in store and online so look out for offers and updates in our newsletter.
I will be officially launching the book in the shop that weekend too. I’ll also be demonstrating the different techniques across the two days.
